Greedy Blood Heart item
Greedy Blood Heart is a passive item in Daydream all Day, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
When enemies' HP reaches a certain level, they will drop a random coin.
Each enemy can only trigger this effect 3 times, and will not drop a coin worth more than 1¢.
Enemies will try to pick up coins. Each coin pickup can heal 10% HP until that enemy has healed 100% HP in total this way.
Shop items cost 10 more cents, but will offer a choice of 1 more item.
